MonarcHaus Art Gallery Ltd. is pleased to offer our clientele the opportunity to acquire exquisite artwork through our flexible and customizable installment plan. This plan allows you to create a payment schedule tailored to your financial needs, making art ownership more accessible than ever.

Here's how our installment plan works:

1. Selection: Choose your desired artwork from our extensive collection.

2. Customization: Determine the down payment amount and the frequency (monthly, bi-monthly, etc.) and amount of your subsequent installments. Our art consultants are available to assist you in creating a plan that aligns with your budget.

3. Agreement: Once you've finalized your installment plan, you'll sign an agreement outlining the payment schedule and terms.

4. Payments: Make your payments according to the agreed-upon schedule. We offer various convenient payment methods.

5. Ownership: Upon completion of all scheduled payments, the artwork is officially yours and will be carefully prepared for shipment or delivery.

Important Restrictions:

• Non-Refundable Payments: Please note that all payments made towards the installment plan are non-refundable. We encourage you to carefully consider your financial situation before committing to a plan.

• Artwork Retention: The artwork will remain the property of MonarcHaus Art Gallery Ltd. and will not be shipped or released to the client until the entire installment plan is paid in full.

• Default: Failure to adhere to the agreed-upon payment schedule may result in a default of the installment plan agreement. MonarcHaus Art Gallery Ltd. reserves the right to reclaim the artwork, and all payments made will be forfeited.
